We pay fair because we believe workers who are paid better, work better. We believe that our teams should have the opportunity to grow and excel, that’s why we encourage them to move within the company, to travel and to contribute their ideas and knowledge at all times.

Environment

It’s easy to say that you care about the environment. But to us, it’s something that is built into our business. It's these seemingly small day-to-day actions that in the end can really reduce waste and help to balance out our CO2 consumption. Our offices and factories separate and recycle all their garbage and use green energy or more eco-friendly options where possible.
